Shamanic Smudging Practitioner

Smudging is ultimately a ceremony of cleansing spiritual energies. The burning of specific herbs, that are considered medicines, create a ceremony that will take your prayers/blessings to the Universe and facilitate cleansing of energy.  The medicines of the smoke help to promote cleansing of the emotional, mental, spiritual and psychic self.

In this one day course we will explore the healing medicines used in smudging, tools for ceremony, how to honour tools and medicines, The Four Directions, basic Chakra review, Ceremony for self and others and basic space cleasning. 

This class is fun and interactive, we will spend time practicing ceremony on each other. Please feel free to bring a smudge feather and abalone shell however there will be some provided for practice purposes.
